Our new web site offers many more options for you to make your tour payment.


CREDIT CARDS AND PAY PAL PAYMENTS ON-LINE,


We are now accepting all major credit cards and payments through Pay Pal. At the bottom of each tour itinerary you will find a red oblong button labeled 'Registration Form'.

Above the oblong button you will find three boxes, titled 'Room', 'Payment', and 'Persons', respectively.

The 'Room' box gives the option to either let us know that your tour price will be based on double occupancy, or if you want a room by yourself and will pay the single room supplement.

The 'Payment' box gives to option to let us know if your are making payment in full or a deposit of $500. No deposit is required to register for one of the tour extension trips.

The 'Persons' box lets us know how many people are your registering with us on-line.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT BY TELEPHONE

We also accept credit card payment over the telephone. This is convenient for those that want to pay the balace of the tour amount using their credit card. Those that register early, usually make a deposit at time of registration. The balance of the tour price is due no later than 60 prior to the start of the tour. The balance amount that is due can vary for each tour member, because of discounts that are given by us. Presently, our web site does not have the facility to accept these type of payments on-line. However, you can call us at our toll free number: 1-800-613-0390 and we will be able to accept and process your payment. Your credit card information is given the highest level of confidentiality and security. We do not share your credit card information with anyone else.

PAYMENT BY MAIL

This is way we have done business the last ten years. The tried and proven method. You can print out the registration form from the web site, or we can mail the registration form to you. After completing the registration form, you can mail it to us with your deposit or full payment. We accept personal checks and money orders. The check or money order should be made out to: Discover Vietnam, LLC.

You will receive from us an invoice which will tell you the amount that is still due, and the required payment date.

PAYMENT BY WIRE TRANSFER

This method is especially convenient for those tour members that live in countries other than the USA. If you prefer to make payment using the international wire transfer method, directly from your bank to ours, please either contact us by telephone at 1-800-613-0390 or by E-mail: discover.vietnam@yahoo.com. We will provide you with all of the information that you need to initiate the wire transfer with your bank.
